Our Flagship Project - ReachOUT 10,000 SMEs
We largely serve customers in all sectors of the economy of Ghana in the informal and semi-formal categories. We support customers in Agriculture, Professional Services and Manufacturing Industries. All we seek is growing sustainable businesses and people while helping to reduce poverty and hunger to achieve the Mellinnium Development Goals 1.
Our ReachOUT 10,000 women for economic empowerment and poverty alleviation in Ghana enable us to identify and scrutinize the needs of customers and therefore help in product fabrication to meet their needs and wants. This strategy is in partnership with NGOs and some religious bodies who are community based.
This project’s main target is to assist women in less endowed rural and urban areas strategically (financially, economically and socially) through the microfinance module of Genesis Finance. By way of doing these, the beneficiary women are empowered psychologically, enabling them to be mentally positive to venture into business and sustain it for poverty alleviation, social networking with others, job creation and other economic activities that will contribute to socio-economic developments.
Four (4) broad priority development outcomes and related actions identified to tackle poverty:

4. Financing and partnership
This program facilitate achievement of positive outcomes including capacity and institutional development, poverty alleviation to foster peace & security in our communities.
The Process Phases:
Phase 1 - Aplication and submission of Business Proposals
Phase 2 - 1. Shortlisting, grouping and categorize Proposals

3. Membership list
4. Training and workshops. Training will focus on areas of importance such as;
